How it works for agencies
FAQs
-
We connect marketing, digital and creative agencies with businesses actively looking for agency support. We qualify client briefs, research suitable agencies and shortlist three potential partners for face-to-face chemistry meetings with the decision-makers.
-
To attend, you’ll need to commit to a minimum of three 30-minute 1:1 meetings - each of which is paid for individually. This affordable investment guarantees you face-to-face time with budget-holding decision-makers who are actively looking for agency support.
You’ll also need to provide a clear agency profile that we can share with matched clients ahead of the event. That’s it - we take care of the matchmaking and logistics so you can focus on making the most of every meeting.
-
We'll let you know what the client would like to explore, whether that's relevant case studies, your approach to their challenge or how your team works. You'll have 30 minutes to showcase your thinking, ask questions and see whether the opportunity is right for you too.
-
We assess agencies against each client's specific requirements, looking at their expertise, relevant experience, case studies, approach and suitability for the project. We also speak directly with potential agencies before making our final selection.
-
No. Registering your agency's interest is completely free. Fees only apply when you're selected to participate in a client introduction and chemistry meeting.
-
Shortlisted agencies pay a £250 introduction fee, plus a chemistry meeting fee ranging from £250 to £1,000, depending on the size and value of the client opportunity.
Our terms also include a 10% introduction fee based on Net Revenue from work secured through MatchMade Marketing, for the first 12 months of the client contract.
We'll clearly explain all applicable fees and terms before you commit to an opportunity.
-
We'll initially share an overview of the opportunity so you can assess whether it's relevant to your agency. Once you've been shortlisted, signed our terms and your payment has cleared, we'll share the client's identity and a more detailed brief to help you prepare.
-
We typically shortlist three agencies for each client brief. This gives clients a manageable selection of potential partners while ensuring every agency has a meaningful opportunity to demonstrate its expertise.
-
We'll gather and share the client's initial feedback. From there, you can continue conversations directly with the client, arrange follow-up meetings and discuss proposals. There's no guarantee of appointment, but every introduction is based on a genuine business requirement.
