That’s why we started MatchMade Marketing: to make make the agency search process more efficient for marketers and make business development smarter, faster, and more effective for agencies.
Our goal is simple, to connect and fast-track relationships between agencies and clients. cutting through the noise, and sparking meaningful conversations.

With 24 years of marketing experience - including 9 years leading agency marketing - Alaina is a commercially-minded strategist with a deep understanding of what drives effective client-agency partnerships. A CIM Diploma holder, she has delivered brand, digital, and integrated campaigns for both in-house teams and agencies. Alaina is passionate about helping businesses connect in smarter, more efficient ways that deliver real results.

With a decade of experience across the agency landscape, Louisa brings a unique perspective shaped by both in-house roles and agency service providers. She’s worked with independent agencies of all sizes, giving her a deep understanding of how agencies operate, and what holds them back. Louisa is driven by a belief that better business development starts with stronger connections, clearer conversations, and less wasted time.
